Shailee Madhok, MD, is a world-renowned, board-certified specialist in pediatric asthma, allergy, and immunology who provides care at Regional Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center in Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee. In addition to her experience and recognition, Dr. Madhok is well-known for providing patients with truly individualized care with sincere compassion.

After earning her Doctor of Medicine at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in Mumbai, India, Dr. Madhok relocated to Brooklyn, New York City, to complete her pediatric residency training at Brooklyn Hospital Center. She then went on to complete her fellowship in allergy, asthma, and immunology at the Cohen Children’s Medical Center (formally known as Schneider Children’s Hospital) and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, both located in Queens, New York City.

Dr. Madhok is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for her contributions to medicine, including the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Auxiliary Memorial Award for her research in allergies and immunology, as well as recognition by the International Association of Pediatricians as a leading physician of the world and top pediatrician in Kingsport, Tennessee. She’s also been awarded America’s Top Physician in Allergy & Immunology by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.

Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Madhok is an active member of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology and a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

Though her interests in allergic and immunologic disorders are broad, Dr. Madhok specializes in pediatric asthma, allergies, and skin conditions.

Sara Geaslin, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner that serves patients at the Regional Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center in Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee, providing thoughtful, evidence-based treatment for both chronic and acute conditions.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University and holds national certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Sara brings over two decades of clinical experience across multiple settings, including intensive care, pulmonary and internal medicine. She is recognized for her patient-centered approach and was honored with the Quality Excellence Award for outstanding care delivery.

Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of asthma, allergic rhinitis, and other immunologic conditions in both children and adults. With a focus on education and collaboration, Sara is dedicated to helping her patients improve health outcomes and overall wellbeing.
